So, I start my 3D Mail Campaign on June 17, 2013 (Click Here to see the post).

So far, I’ve sent out to 33 expired listings.

Here is how it breaks down:

  • 4 of the expired listings just started on the campaign (sent postcard two days ago);
  • 10 of the listings either relisted, sold, or was returned to me because no forwarding address;
  • 19 of the expired listings made it all the way through the third round (Trash Can round!);
  • 1 response!

Finally!  I got a response.  The man said he kept the letter from the trash can because it said not to throw away this opportunity.  Awesome!

Unfortunately, the guy turned out to be a total… well, I’ll leave that up to your imagination.  So, we refused the listing.  But, I got a response!

Now, if only more expired listings would come on the market I can get the numbers up faster and get more responses and more listings!
