Finally Mailed The Trash Can Self Mailers

 

Finally!  I got to mail the last step in my 3D mail campaign… the trash cans!  Check out the picture above.

I haven’t been able to send out a whole bunch yet, because I’m sending to expired listing with a minimum list price of $200,000 on my side of town (I may expand after I start seeing results).

Incase you’re interest in knowing the cost break down, here it is:

First Step is a 5.5 x 8.5 postcard:

• $.46 for postage
• $.06 for color printer
• $.03 for paper (90 lbs. cardstock)

Total:  $.55 to mail one postcard.

Second Step is the Rubik’s Cube Mailing in a 9 x 12 brown envelope:

• $2.07 for postage
• $.78 for color printer (paper included)
• $.12 for envelope
• $.92 for Rubik’s Cube

Total:  $3.89 to mail one package with a Sales Letter, Booklet, and Rubik’s Cube.

Third (and Final) Step is the Trash Can Self Mailer:

• $2.07 for postage
• $.18 for color printer (paper included)
• $1.55 for mini trash can
• $.05 for address labels

Total:  $3.85 to mail to trash can with a 2 pages sales letter (back and front).

Grand Total:  $8.29

I don’t think that’s too shabby for the possible returns of tens of thousands of dollars in commissions.

Currently, I’m in the rough stages of creating a package with templates for other Realtors to use for their own marketing to expired and FSBO listings.  Right now I’m in the testing stage to see how will this campaign works.  I just need more listings to expire!!
