It’s another beautiful day in Cleveland, Ohio!

For today’s “Back-to-the-Basics” I want to share with you a quote from the book, Inside the Magic Kingdom:  Seven Keys to Disney’s Success by Tom Connellan.

Anywho, when your customers and clients return to your business do you thing it’s by accident?  Whelp, let’s see the quote shall we?!

“Loyal customers are not the result of happy accidents.”

See that, your loyal customers and clients are not the result of happy accidents.

They’re results of processes that you put in place.  It’s the result of the experience you give them, how you treat them, etc.

You can put systems in place right now that will keep your customers and clients coming back for more!  Have a crabby employee?  You may want to think about training them on how to treat customers or… replacing them.

Put systems in place to keep your customers and clients coming back to your business… and giving you referrals!
